In our mission to empower and inspire youth, we join forces with A Small Gang Education, This organization focuses on youth who no longer follow the traditional school route. Many of our videos are crafted by talented youth from A Small Gang.
Our collaboration transcends mere business dealings; it’s a symbiotic partnership grounded in shared values and a collective belief in the transformative power of creativity and empowerment. Together, we aim to illuminate the opportunities within the creative sector, demonstrating how one can forge a career in the creative industry. With every video we share and every story we tell, we celebrate the talents and resilience of the young people who are part of A Small Gang Education.
Impact Atelier's
A Home for Talent and Integration
We consciously collaborate with Impact Ateliers in the Netherlands for the production of our collections. These ateliers provide employment for people such as refugees, those recovering from burnout, or ex-offenders, allowing them to reintegrate into society. Our goal is to showcase the possibilities with these ateliers and offer stylish opportunities in the creative sector. We believe in the power of fashion to connect, inspire, and highlight the true value of clothing.
Impact Ateliers go beyond craftsmanship; they restore lives and create new opportunities. It is about social integration through craftsmanship and creativity. Clothing is our tool to make an impact and bring different worlds together. When you purchase an item from us, you contribute to a social cause: providing opportunities to those who are just outside the mainstream of society.
De zeefdrukmakers
Every item with a printed design is carefully screen-printed by De Zeefdrukmakers. At De Zeefdrukmakers, everyone has their own specialty and unique life story. The makers all have remarkable backgrounds, ranging from past addictions to psychosis. These wonderful people create amazing work together.
We consciously choose to collaborate with De Zeefdrukmakers. There are many screen-printing shops, but this one is special because it provides opportunities. We only partner with those who offer support to people who need that extra boost. And is there a difference from other screen-printing shops? Absolutely, this one is much cozier and offers the very best quality.
Education
We place great importance on education in our efforts to combat polarization and to show young people the vast opportunities available in the creative sector. The conventional education system often provides only minimal space for creative lessons, while these creative lessons encourage young people to think beyond what’s written in a book. It offers them the chance to use their imagination to create and to inspire both themselves and others.
In a time when working with your hands is increasingly needed, we aim to show young people how they can make, repair, and create with their hands. The workshops we offer in schools and through municipalities provide young people (and others who are interested) with accessible insights into the possibilities within the creative sector. These include learning repair and upcycling techniques, as well as participating in video or photo shoot productions. We expose young people to a wide range of opportunities and lesser-known professions that can inspire and open new doors for them.
